What is MCD Connect?

Via our bespoke web browser based system, applications can be data captured easily whilst the sale is being made and be fraud screened within seconds.
The MCD Connect highly trained team then connect the handset on your behalf direct with Orange or T-Mobile, and the handset despatched directly to the end user with any media you require enclosed within the package.
We even pro-actively track the successful delivery of your customers handsets, so you have complete peace of mind that your customer has successfully received their new phone.

Priority stock as and when you need it.
As MCD Connect works with a virtual warehousing process, dealerships benefit from not incurring the costs and headaches having to purchase, securely store and insure stock.
Dealerships can view their priority stock availibilty real-time. Handsets are invoiced for on the day of connection, assisting positively with business cash flow.
The MCD Connect system also has the functionality to be used as an information management system for your sales – enabling real-time tracking, management of returns and a whole range of managerial reports are available at the touch of a button.
It also has extensive search facilities to help you locate specific sales, or groups of sales.
Full on site system training is provided for all dealerships – regardless of their size.

With MCD Connect's new Out of Office Hours Fulfilment Service you can connect upgrades at any time via our unique online stock allocation system, with Fulfilment Dispatch directly to the end user. You do not need to miss a connection or hold stock on site, your stock is not invoiced until connected and dispatched, brilliant for your profit and cash flow.
