Orange’s Business Tariff Refresh covers a range of changes to their current SME tariffs. From 3rd August 2009 the refresh will affect the inclusive benefits of Business Solo, Business SIM only, Business Sense and Business Infinity plans. Orange care will be removed and replaced with a 24 hour replacement for faulty handsets policy.

Business Solo
Business Solo is aimed at Businesses who require one phone and who are unlikely to grow beyond a single user. It is available to both new and existing customers within their migration period. In addition to their chosen plan customers can choose from a wider choice of benefits; Unlimited Orange to Orange calls, Unlimited Landline Calls, Unlimited UK texts, unlimited email (BIS, only available on Blackberry Devices) or 500MB data bundle.
All Business Solo plans offer the customer; 24 hour replacement service for faulty handsets, mid contract review and dedicated business customer services.
Customers joining Business Solo 40 and 45 will also benefit from free answer phone.

Business Sense
The recently launched Business Sense Options plans will have the 24 month option benefits updated to offer customers a choice of unlimited calls to up to 10 nominated landline numbers in addition to the text and IDD benefits already available.
