As part of the Business Tariff Refresh that took place in August, customers will now be covered for 24 months by Orange’s market leading 24 hour faulty replacement service.
So why should customers choose to add Orange Care?
For a charge of £6 per device per month, Orange Care provides worldwide cover for Orange phones or data devices for loss, theft, damage (accidental and malicious) and faults. If a replacement is required, Orange will arrange to send a replacement to any UK address, usually within 24 hours of the customer’s claim being agreed.
The handset, charger, SIM card and, where it’s been provided in the box as standard at the point of sale, the memory card* are all covered through Orange Care (*Memory cards are only covered in the event of lost or stolen).
NB; In order to sell Orange Care you MUST read and acknowledge that you
have understood the terms and conditions of the product. This is a stipulation by the FSA. Please contact your Business Manager for further information about this process.
Care cannot be added to; Accessories (such as hands free kits, Bluetooth headsets, Styluses, Car Kits, carry cases etc), SIM only connections, Non-Orange approved generic handsets or personal line subscriptions.
