Business customers upgrading via Enable

 

As you may be aware, current Enable functionality does not facilitate the addition of any value added services at the point of upgrade.

Therefore for business customers who are looking to upgrade via the Enable system and add value added services (including text bundles or the new free of charge flexible bundles and Business Addition bundles available as part of the tariff refresh) there is an additional element required to the Enable upgrade process.

Business customers can still be upgraded quickly and easily using the Enable system however value added services such as text bundles or the flexible/Business Addition bundles will need to be applied separately after the upgrade transaction has completed on Enable.

These bundles can be added to customers’ accounts by e-mailing orange using the email address you use for your connections/upgrades/queries. Please include within the e-mail the customers’ name, mobile number and details of the products you wish to be added to the customers account.

We are aiming to deliver a resolution to this issue with Enable in the near future and will communicate with you when this fix has been delivered.
